WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We currently ship worldwide including the US, Canada, and Europe. If you do not see your location listed, we unfortunately, are not shipping to that location (yet).
DO I HAVE TO PAY TAXES AND DUTIES?
For domestic US orders, all taxes are applied at checkout according to your shipping address.
International orders may be subject to customs and duties depending on the your designated country. We are not responsible for customs and duties and it will be your responsibility to cover the costs. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Yes! We offer free US shipping for orders over $50.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
We process and ship all orders within 1-3 days of receipt, excluding holidays. Orders placed on a holiday or on the weekend will be processed and shipped the following 1-3 business days.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are located in sunny Southern California.
IS YOUR JEWELRY REALLY TARNISH FREE AND WATER RESISTANT?
Yes! Our jewelry goes through rigorous testing and regular wear and tear so that you're receiving quality pieces that last.
WHAT'S YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
We hope you enjoy your purchase, but we know that sometimes things don't work out. We offer returns/exchanges within 14 days of purchase except for items marked on sale. Sale items can only be returned for store credit. To begin the return/exchange process, please contact us at hello@clovae.com.
All items must be in its original packaging and in unworn condition. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment. Return shipping is non-refundable. You're responsible for any costs that's incurred in the return/exchange process.
We currently do not offer exchanges for international purchases. Request for refunds must be made within 14 days after receipt. We are not responsible for return shipping costs, or any costs incurred during the process.
All returns/exchanges must be accompanied by an invoice in order to initiate the refund or exchange.
